![]() Thanks for your help, hoping someone else will have the same problem. Just to know, the 2 dacs are recognized as the same ( same name, same drivers ecc ). I suppose there's something to change on config files but I don't get what. What should I do? I tried to switch codec mqa to false, mqa passthrough to false, nothing chances. Ofc I tried and the dac works connected to PC, so it's perfectly fine. The m500 instead, sounds, even MQA files. The signals arrives to the dac, because it switches frequency on the little oled front panel, but there's no sound. The only difference is that the m500 is certified MQA while the 10th mk 2 isn't. I installed the files on a RPi with MoodeAudio, and it works fine connected to an smsl m500, and doesn't work connected to an smsl 10th mk 2. I have a problem and I don't really know how to solve it. Once this is done we need to add the alsa device information to our tidal connect files. Just install Tidal connect form shawaj with this curl command of this repo: I recommend to reboot once before continueing in order to get the right aplay configuration.Īlsa is configured, we can continue with tidal connect. **** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****Ĭard 0: Loopback, device 0: Loopback PCM Ĭard 0: Loopback, device 1: Loopback PCM Ĭard 1: Headphones, device 0: bcm2835 Headphones Īttention, the output of aplay -l can change after rebooting our system orderwise. Is there a solution in nf? I've made some tries, but got nowhere. I can change the volume in Alsamixer manually. In simple terms - the volume control works, but controls the wrong channel in Alsamixer. Tidal volume control affects the 'Analogue' control (which has 2 levels), instead of the one called 'Digital'. Hi, is there any chance a similar approach could help me? - I'm trying to fix my volume control on hifiberry dac . tc-certificate-path "/usr/ifi/ifi-tidal-release/id_certificate/IfiAudio_ZenStream.dat" \ I don't use MPD but will try to make it working together with Tidal Connect and volume control - give me some timeĭescription=RasPi Streamer Tidal Connect ServiceĮxecStart=/usr/ifi/ifi-tidal-release/bin/tidal_connect_application \ ![]() I need to delete the nf file and re-deploy the Tidal Connect service changing the playback-device (reboot a couple of times) so I can re-use it. This also breaks down my whole MoOde system as it somehows makes my USB DAC disappear from the system so it cannot be chosen as the MPD for the system.
